ISSUES AND PRESENTATIONS
• New England Power Generators Association (NEPGA) – Daniel Dolan
NEPGA is the largest trade association representing competitive electric generating companies in New England. NEPGA’s member companies represent approximately 27,000 megawatts (MW) of generating capacity in the region. NEPGA’s mission is to promote sound energy policies which will further economic development, jobs, and balanced environmental policy. Dan Dolan was appointed President in October 2011. He will discuss taking over leadership at NEPGA and the key issues the association is working on in New Hampshire.
• SB 218, An Act Relative to Electric Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS) – Jasen Stock
Jasen Stock, executive director of the New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association, will discuss SB 218 and how the bill would alter the current RPS. Jasen worked closely with Senator Bradley on the legislation and helped bring together stakeholders to work on the bill.
• National Grid C&I Core Programs – Robert McLean
Rob McLean, C&I Energy Efficiency Program Manager at National Grid, will discuss a proposal to change the incentives the company offers for C&I customers looking to make energy efficiency improvements to their facilities.
